What if my doctor referred me to a different clinic?

You have the ability to choose where your therapy takes place and that referral does not dictate where you have to be seen.

Do you take insurance or offer self-pay?

We accept most major insurance plans. For those without coverage or seeking specialty services, we offer transparent self-pay rates. We'll verify your benefits before you arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will have a $50 fee.

How do I book or reschedule an appointment?

Do I need a referral to start therapy?

No. Kansas is a direct access state, which means you can begin physical therapy without a physician referral.

How long do the therapy sessions last?

All sessions are 40 minutes, allowing for focused, one-on-one care tailored to your needs.

Do you handle work comp or auto injuries?

Yes, we are experienced in handling workers' compensation and auto insurance claims (PIP). We work directly with your adjusters to streamline the process.
