Our Mission Is to Help You Strive for Your Best
At Strive, we believe that getting back on your feet is about more than just healing an injury. It is about helping you enjoy your life again. Our goal is to create a welcoming place where you feel supported every step of the way. Whether you are dealing with nagging pain, getting ready for a surgery, recovering from one, or just want to move better. We offer personal, one-on-one care to help you get back to feeling like yourself and reach your goals. We are a direct access clinic, which means you don’t need a provider’s order to be seen, but if you already have one, we are more than happy to work together with your provider on your journey.
We take pride in our caring and professional atmosphere, serving a diverse community with heart and clinical expertise. Our team is dedicated to your long-term wellness, ensuring that every session is a purposeful step toward a more mobile, pain-free, and active lifestyle tailored specifically to your unique journey.
Meet Your Therapist
Hunter Murrow, DPT
I’m Hunter, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and I believe the best care starts with truly knowing the person in front of me, not just their injury. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of patients, from athletes to those recovering from surgery, helping them move better and get back to what they love. I was born and raised in Humboldt, Kansas, and no matter where life has taken my family, whether that’s Florida, Kansas City, or Nashville, it has always been home. We truly feel called back here, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the community that helped raise me.
My approach is simple. I provide one-on-one, personalized care focused on your needs. I use hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, and practical guidance to help you recover, stay active, and feel your best. I have a special interest in sports rehabilitation and pre-and post-surgical care. I am also certified in dry needling.
More than anything, I want my patients to feel heard, supported, and confident in their care. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with my wife and son. We’re also excited to welcome our second child in August 2026.
